The results of the study reveal that food inflation falls by 0.41 and 0.69 percent at the 25th and 50th quantiles, respectively, following a restrictive monetary policy by the apex bank in Nigeria. As the exchange rate depreciates, food inflation rises by 8.92 percent at the 25th quantile, 12.6 percent at the median, and later falls to 16 percent at the 90th quantile. The real GDP is significant across all quantiles. Lastly, the oil price is positive and significant at the OLS estimate and the 90th quantile. The study recommends unconventional monetary policies for improving supply chain of agricultural products.</p> 2023-12-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/AREBUS/index.php/AREBUS/article/view/41 The Algerian Social Security System in the face of digitization 2024-04-02T23:55:56+00:00 Djoher Abderrahmane djoher.abderrahmane@gmail.com Francesco Scalera roby_sca@virgilio.it The Algerian social security system is facing significant socio-economic and financial challenges. The standard of living is low, the population is particularly vulnerable, and the social protection system is weak. Algeria has insufficient sources of funding, with high unemployment and poverty rates. In addition, Algeria is undergoing profound economic and political changes. Its transition to a market economy and globalization requires a parallel transformation of its social security system. This study aims to identify the most important challenges facing the social security system in Algeria. It focuses on socio-economic and financial problems, as well as the intervention of the state to digitize and regulate the system. 2023-12-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/AREBUS/index.php/AREBUS/article/view/42 The HR approach, a lever for the professional integration of young Algerian graduates: The case of Candia Tchin Lait 2024-04-02T23:56:07+00:00 Bilal Brachouche brachouche.bilal@univ-oran2.dz Algeria is facing a high rate of youth unemployment, which represents a vulnerable population particularly affected by this phenomenon. In this context, the case study of Candia Tchin Lait, an Algerian dairy company, is of particular interest for shedding light on the theme of socio-economic inclusion of vulnerable populations. The study highlights the strengths of the model deployed by Candia Tchin Lait, including an active policy of continuous training and internal mobility. Thanks to these levers, the company is able to develop the employability of its employees in the long term and to stabilize them sustainably in employment. This inclusive HR approach is thus an effective complement to public policies, which are often limited by their lack of coordination with local economic realities. It now appears necessary to generalize these good practices to other Algerian companies, and to strengthen the consultation between public and private actors. 2023-12-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/AREBUS/index.php/AREBUS/article/view/43 The impact of support mechanisms on socio-economic and professional integration in Algeria 2024-04-02T23:56:18+00:00 Fairouz Hamza hamza.fairouz@univ-oran2.dz Fayçal Mohammed Djamane djamane.mf@univ-oran2.dz Amira Chachoua chachoua.amira@univ-tlemcen.dz Algeria, like many other countries, faces a major challenge: ensuring the future of young generations by offering them opportunities for socio-economic and professional integration. It is often perceived as a constraint or an additional cost for businesses, but it can actually be a source of added value. Businesses that adopt a CSR approach can contribute significantly to the sustainable development of society. They can, in particular: reduce their environmental impact by adopting sustainable practices, such as recycling, reuse, and waste reduction, support local communities by funding social projects or creating jobs and promote equality of opportunity by promoting diversity and inclusion in their workforces. This study has shown that CSR can be a lever for economic and social performance for Algerian companies. It can help to improve the competitiveness of companies, strengthen their attractiveness, and contribute to the sustainable development of the country 2023-12-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023
