Abstract
The right of a sick child to respect his or her personal rights in medical practices

The subject may become more sensitive when medical work reaches the sick child's body due to his physical vulnerability, which is exhausted by the disease and his mental deficiency makes him vulnerable to privacy violations. This study aims to highlight the importance of a sick child's right to his personal rights and human dignity, and the need to ensure his safety and protection as well as his participation in the decision-making process through the establishment of the European Children's Organization.
