Abstract

The Transhumanism Ethics

Abstract: Considering transhumanism as a cultural and intellectual movement that affirms that it is possible and desirable to fundamentally improve the human condition through the use of reason, transhumanism presents itself at the same time as a promising alternative to conservative moral systems that consider human nature as something that cannot be changed or should not be changed, a situation that increasingly clashes with technological possibilities and people's legitimate desire to take advantage of them. This leads to many changes directly related to the value system, which arouses the ire and concern of many philosophers such as (Francis Fukuyama, Michael Sandel, Jurgen Habermas).
