Abstract

The concept of political participation in Algeria after 2011 was associated with interdependent, renewable and new variables that are explained in a complex process that includes the way of making political decisions, achieving sustainable development, geographical location, climate , preservation of the environment, competition for resources and information internally, and within an international framework of democratic transformation.

In order to get a new look at the construction of the concept after the movement experienced by some Arab countries, it is necessary to involve governmental and non-governmental actors in the definition of the concept and the practice.

Good governance is considered as a new approach in constructivist theory in international relations because of its interest in societal and human security, and how to achieve the social well-being of society and people, reviewing variables such as transparency, decentralization, accountability and the incorporation of the principle of participation in management, as well as the resources available to the Algerian state.

These variables and factors have been accompanied by themes, analytical tools and new approaches of a dynamic nature in terms of development and construction. These new variables and factors constitute an integrated unit of analysis that includes social, political, economic and cultural aspects, which have a macro sociological dimension, Considering that the origin of these factors and variables is the social phenomenon.
