The Role of the Judicial Agent in Judicial Settlement in Algerian Law

Abstract

The judicial agent is a person of judicial settlement. Once the judgment is rendered, they shall assume their functions. They shall become a representative of both the debtor and the group of creditors. Their role in judicial settlement shall be highlighted in accounting for the debtor's property, such as inventory, lifting and sealing, and the work necessary to preserve the debtor's property, such as the appropriate provisional measures and debts in addition to turning the judicial settlement into a bankruptcy based on his request.
