Legal Guarantees for a Nursing Mother in Prisons

Abstract

There is no doubt that women prisoners, especially the breastfeeding, must enjoy all the legal rights, declarations and treaties guaranteed by all international conventions, declarations and treaties, and to address any problem that requires diagnosis and identification of their causes so that the treatment is rapid and radical, so as not to repeat and show problems again.  Through this research paper, the rights of imprisoned women, especially "breastfeeding woman", will be clarified in accordance with national and international law, and the study will address after the introduction its objectives, importance, problem and questions of the study and its plan.
