Societal Security in Algeria: Between traditional society and civil society

Abstract
This study attempts to analyse social security variables and the role which the social system plays in achieving state security. The study will also examine a set of elements associated with the study variables, by deconstructing the nature of traditional structures and the character of these threats or reinforcements of security structure within the State, and how these structures will impact institutional performance in Algeria. in addition to the efforts made by the Algerian government to contain them and various attempts to exert a transition from the traditional dimension to the civil dimension, through more structured and effective organizational and legal spaces specialized in fortifying and activating the societal role within the state, which traces back to many civil society organizations as a determinant of consolidating the notion of citizenship and empowerment of freedom and rights within society.
