The Extent of the Algerian Legislator's Concern in Dedicating Quality in Administrative Judicial Rulings: An Analytical Study

Abstract

This article deals with the controls that guarantee quality in administrative judicial rulings through the Algerian legislator’s concern, so that the establishment of an administrative judiciary next to the ordinary judiciary necessarily means that this judiciary will contribute to achieving justice by issuing administrative judicial rulings, but the only guarantor is to achieve quality in administrative judicial rulings. The quality of administrative judicial rulings is achieved through the good formulation of the legal rule and the dedication of the principles of a fair trial to ensure transparency in the issuance of these rulings.
