The Governance of Electronic Administration between Inevitability of Change and Constraints to the Application

Abstract

The governance of electronic administration has become an urgent necessity for development in the Arab administration, Algeria is one of the countries that worked on developing its electronic services and keep up with any updates by transitioning from the traditional system of management to the electronic version meanwhile providing success requirements and working on enforcing the principles of governance on the administrative level, sense of sharing and bureaucracy, however, this system faces obstacles that obstruct its realization.
