The concept of security between constant and variable in the current world politics: The Russian- Ukrainian war a determinant

Abstract

This article seeks to study the evolution of the concept of security in the current world politics by addressing the dimensions of international crisis that influence the reconstruction of the new conceptual approach, this modest study also focuses on the Russian-Ukrainian war until the date of Russia’s announcement of the start of the military operation in Ukraine since February 2022 as a determinant  in the understanding of the new pragmatic trends of countries in fortifying its security adjacent to it or far from it, in the context of the profound transformations that characterize it and the global security and strategic landscape.
