The Lease Contract In Light Of the Latest Legal Amendments

Abstract
The Lease contract whether its civil or commercial has undergone several amendment in different legal texts, concerning some of the substantive matters related to its form, duration, proving, enforcement and right to stay in the asset. This changes were introduced by the legislative decree 93-03 related to real estate promotion; the law 07-05 amending and supplementing the Civil Code in regard of civil rents; and the law 05-02 amending and supplementing the Commercial Code in relation to commercial rents.
