Abstract
The world is witnessing major transformations in the fields of science, culture and education, in addition to the magnitude of the great challenges facing the educational system in Algeria, despite the policy of reform adopted, in order to raise the quality of the career life of the professor in Algeria, as it is the focus of the educational process and the actual outlet for the process of educational reform.
