International Judicial Assistance Mechanism for Obtaining Electronic Directory

Abstract
In light of the information development that the world and humanity is witnessing, which has been reflected in the forms of crime, the efforts of the one state in the fight against cybercrime have become particularly ineffective, and this crime is transient, which has necessitated the cooperation of states with each other to reduce it, through mutual assistance in various forms, both through judicial representation, exchange of information or the transfer of procedures for the purpose of obtaining electronic evidence and preventing perpetrators from impunity.
