Abstract
This article aims to study sustainable development as an approach that aims to improve the livelihood framework of the citizen, protect the planet and develop clean and sound industry, and achieving these goals is linked to the establishment of good-quality, reliable and sustainable infrastructure that depends on information and communications technology, and enable everyone to benefit from development at affordable and equal cost regardless of gender, race or religion.
