Abstract
Globalization has imposed on States to redefine itself politically and economically through the involvement of citizens in governance and providing greater responsiveness to their needs, In this context, Algeria has worked to strengthen participatory democracy locally by stimulating the community’s economic role, encouraging investment and free the local initiative and resources available in the region.
