Abstract
The study deals with how to protect neighbors and the environment from the damage caused by pollution through the establishment of civil responsability for such damages and ways of compensating the affected neighbors and repairing the affected environment. The study is of great importance for the civil responsability for environmental damage caused by the neighbors' In many aspects.
