The issue of the exploitation of agricultural lands belonging to the state under the law 10-03

Abstract

           The trilogy of the legal texts did not achieve the desired objectives of raising production and productivity, which led to the issuance of the fourth legal text, Law No. 10-03 of 15/08/2010, which excluded the idea of sale and abandoned the perpetuation of the right of use, and adopted the right of temporary exploitation By holding the concession, a law that further complicated the problem. All these issues will be detailed in this research.
