Abstract
agricultural land is considered among the most important landed property in view of the importance of the major role that implies it, from which the state is under an obligation to protect it, especially when one changes agricultural policy; by putting guards regarding its partition or the urbanism conceived above from where the obligations implemented on the owners of the agricultural land to follow and apply the decree n ° 97/490 which specifies the clauses of division of the agricultural lands and the law n 90/29 concerning town planning.
