On the adequacy of the guarantees prescribed for the protection of undercover agent in Algerian law

Abstract
The Algerian legislator devised a set of methods to investigate new and exceptional crimes within the framework of the 2006 amendment to the code of criminal procedure. Infiltration is one of the most important and dangerous of these methods. By regulating the provisions of this procedure, it turns out that the legislator took great care of the interest of the undercover agent and strengthened it, because he benefited from significant criminal protection and various guarantees, that either during the implementation of infiltration operations or even after they have been carried out.
