The dual nature of the role of communication channels between the independent administrative authorities and the executive authority
Main Article Content
Abstract
Independent regulatory authorities are seen as the new aspect of the state intervention in regulating the activities it supervises, particularly in the economic field. Independent regulatory authorities have different legal status; some have legal personality and others do not. Some of them are independent of the executive branch while others remain subordinate. The nature of their relations with the state varies according to their activities and their importance in the national policy of the state.
