Main Article Content
Abstract
Article 163 of the Constitution, in its first paragraph, laid down the constitutional framework for the administration's commitment to the implementation of judicial decisions. However, in many cases, the practice has revealed that the Administration has failed to implement the provisions of the revocation, despite its absolute authority, which required explicit legislative intervention to provide the administrative judge with mechanisms Which ensures the compliance of the administration with its constitutional obligation to implement the provisions of the revocation.
