Abstract

This study aims to address the "policy of neutrality" adopted by the Algerian foreign policy in the face of international crises and conflicts, as a successful and influential method in diplomatic work, which results in the ability to resolve political crises that arise in the field of international relations by peaceful means away from the use or threat of use of force. It is in harmony with the main objective that the United Nations seeks to achieve, which is "guaranteeing international peace and security." One of the most prominent features and principles of Algerian foreign policy is the diplomatic commitment to neutrality from international conflicts at the regional and international levels. This research is a comprehensive study of the most prominent realistic examples of the efforts of Algerian diplomacy and its neutral role in defusing many crises that erupt between countries within the Middle Eastern and African circle.
