Construction contracts: reading of the provisions of Executive Decree 15-19 specifying the procedures for preparing and issuing construction contracts

Abstract

In the will of the legislator to regulate the urban activity and to limit the demonstrations of construction not in conformity with the provisions and standards of preparation and reconstruction, they organized the process of construction by imposing a set of permits and certificates included in the statutes amending and complementing the planning and urban planning law 90-29, whose executive decree 91-176 specified the modalities of their elaboration and their delivery. However, the legislator repealed this decree under executive decree 15- 19, which has come to call these licenses and certificates "construction contracts". the latter are represented in the business permit and the building permit, as well as the certificate of construction, division and operation and the certificate of conformity, and this decree is accompanied by a set of modifications and new provisions.
