Experienced and perceived happiness has a leverage effect on the motivation and performance of the entrepreneur. Ultimately, indicators such as "achievement of planned objectives", "customer satisfaction", "availability of labor in quality and quantity", "a fulfilling social and family life" appear as sources and vectors of happiness for the entrepreneur.
Davy Gaël Djomeni Copyright (c) 2025 Management and Social Perspectives https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/MASP/index.php/MASP/article/view/51 Mon, 05 Jan 2026 11:54:45 +0000 From Classroom to Community: A Multi-Dimensional Study on Teaching Challenges and Support Structures in Rural West Bengal, India https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/MASP/index.php/MASP/article/view/52
This study investigates the challenges faced by teachers and the support systems available to them in secondary and higher secondary schools across Purba Medinipur district, West Bengal, India. The research focuses on understanding teachers’ professional development needs, the frequency and nature of administrative and community support, and the perceived impact of parental involvement on student achievement. Using purposive sampling, data were collected from 395 teachers across 79 schools through in-depth interviews conducted between September 2024 and February 2025. The findings reveal that limited parental involvement, large class sizes, and a lack of student motivation are major instructional barriers. While most teachers occasionally receive training, there is a growing demand for workshops on modern teaching methods, subject-specific knowledge, and technology integration. The study also highlights significant gaps in teacher-parent communication and varying levels of administrative and community support. The results underscore the need for a holistic approach to teacher empowerment through structured training, stakeholder collaboration, and policy interventions to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
Ahmed Nizamuddin Copyright (c) 2025 Management and Social Perspectives https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/MASP/index.php/MASP/article/view/52 Mon, 05 Jan 2026 12:33:24 +0000 Integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) into ERP Systems and Its Impact on Organizational Processes: Toward the Cyborgization of Organizations https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/MASP/index.php/MASP/article/view/54
The integration of Internet of Things (IoT)into ERP systems is radically transforming organisational processes through real-time data collection and decision automation, enhancing agility, responsiveness, collaboration, and innovation, introducing the concept of cyborgization, a human-machine cooperation for shared decision-making. This study examines the societal effects of sustainable urban development in the Sfax region of Tunisia using urban remote sensing. We analyze important indicators associated with SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), specifically in urban growth, green space coverage, and infrastructure quality, using high-resolution satellite data from Sentinel-2 and Landsat-8 data from 2010 to 2023. Only 35% of Sfax’s urban population has easy access to public green spaces, according to the results, which highlight notable regional disparities. In addition, 12% of agricultural land has been lost due to urbanization in the last ten years, which has an effect on local livelihoods and ecological balance. The Random Forest algorithm was used in the QGIS environment to classify land uses, improving accuracy and reproducibility. In

order to meet SDG targets and lessen negative societal effects, this study emphasizes how crucial it is to incorporate remote sensing into urban planning procedures. This study not only measures changes in land use but also offers specific suggestions for urban planners, such as zoning laws to preserve agricultural land, the creation of more public green spaces in underprivileged areas, and a fairer redistribution of infrastructure. These strategies promote evidence-based decision-making and further SDG 11 goals in the Sfax region by incorporating remote sensing as a monitoring tool.
Wissem Ennouri Copyright (c) 2025 Management and Social Perspectives https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/MASP/index.php/MASP/article/view/55 Mon, 05 Jan 2026 14:46:52 +0000 Analysis of the Impact of Using Multiple Strategic Lenses on Enhancing Organizational Resilience: An Applied Study of Zain Iraq Telecommunications Company https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/MASP/index.php/MASP/article/view/56
This study aims to analyze the impact of using multiple strategic lenses (structural, political, symbolic) on enhancing organizational agility across its dimensions (adaptive, proactive, strategic) in Zain Iraq Telecommunications Company, one of the leading telecom providers in Iraq. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology, and data were collected from a sample of (199) employees through a structured questionnaire designed to measure the study variables. Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS and AMOS software, including Pearson correlation and both simple and multiple linear regression The results revealed strong and statistically significant correlations between the dimensions of strategic lenses and those of organizational agility. Regression analysis showed that the structural lens had the strongest influence on agility, followed by the symbolic and political lenses. This indicates that diversity in strategic thinking approaches plays a critical role in enhancing the organization’s ability to adapt to environmental changes, anticipate future challenges, and manage institutional transformation. The study concluded that integrating the three lenses contributes to building a flexible and sustainable organizational system. Several practical recommendations were presented to Zain Iraq’s senior management, including the need to develop organizational structures, empower strategic leadership, and strengthen symbolic organizational culture to enhance the company’s capacity to cope with the dynamic challenges of the telecommunications sector.
فوزي محمود Copyright (c) 2025 Management and Social Perspectives https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/MASP/index.php/MASP/article/view/56 Mon, 05 Jan 2026 23:26:18 +0000
