All submissions to Passerelle are made exclusively through the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform (ASJP). Follow the clear steps below to submit your manuscript correctly.

1. Create or Access Your ASJP Account

You must have an ASJP account to submit your manuscript. Submission is not possible through any other system.

  • New Authors: If you do not have an ASJP account, go to the ASJP login page, then click Register / Inscription and fill in the required details to create your account.
  • Returning Authors: Log in with your ASJP username and password.

2. Start a New Submission

After logging in, you can either go to the Passerelle journal page and click Paper Submission / Soumission d'article, or access the submission form directly through this link: Submit an Article.

3. Upload Your Files

The Passerelle journal, through the ASJP platform, will ask you to upload your manuscript. Make sure it is in Word DOCX format.

  • Upload your main manuscript (DOCX, ODT, or PDF) by clicking on Choose File.

4. Enter Metadata

Complete all metadata fields. This information is used for indexing and citation.

  • Scope / Discipline: Select the appropriate field for your paper: Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, or Neurosciences.
  • Title & Abstract: Paste your article title and abstract into the ASJP form.
  • Keywords: Type each keyword and press "Entrée" to add it.
  • Authors: Enter the full details of all authors, including names, emails, and institutional affiliations. Start with your own information, then add any co-authors in the correct order.

5. Confirm and Submit

In this final step, ASJP will show you a summary popup before your submission is sent.

  • First, click "Submit / Soumission". This action opens a popup window that displays all the information you entered.
  • Review everything in the popup: files, title, abstract, authors, and keywords.
  • If all the information is correct, click Send / Envoyer in the popup to finalize your submission.
  • After sending, ASJP will confirm your submission and send you an email notification. You can then follow the progress of your manuscript from your ASJP dashboard, where each stage (submission, review, revision, acceptance, publication) is displayed.
