Passerelle is the official scientific publication of the Laboratory of Creation of Educational Tools and Learning in Foreign Languages (LOAPL).

The laboratory is an integral part of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University of Oran 2 Mohamed Ben Ahmed. As the journal's publisher, the laboratory is responsible for the journal's scientific direction, editorial management, and adherence to the ethical policies outlined herein.
