It aims to highlight the role of digital influencers and digital consciousness as tools for user empowerment and opinion formation in cyberspace. Employing a critical analytical approach and qualitative discourse analysis, the study explores dimensions of digital influence, including space-time disruption, user autonomy, and the adoption of a “contradictory logic.” The study concludes by proposing a philosophical and sociological foundation linking fifth-generation warfare to Jean Baudrillard’s paradigm of hyperreality. It demonstrates that contemporary conflicts transcend the falsification of reality to achieve the creation of a parallel symbolic reality that disconnects the masses from their lived experience, making control of the production of meaning and symbols the primary factor for victory.
Copyright (c) https://revue.univ-oran2.dz/Revue/at-tadwin/index.php/AT-TADWIN/article/view/103 Sport As A Space For Socialization And The Promotion Of Citizenship Among Youth 2026-08-14T09:02:31+00:00 Karima Nacer Beykarima.nacer_bey@ensb.dz
Sport has become an important social institution that contributes not only to physical development but also to the transmission of social values and civic principles among younger generations. This theoretical study examines the role of sport as a space for socialization and as a means of promoting citizenship among youth. It highlights the contribution of sporting practices to the acquisition of social norms, respect for rules, cooperation, solidarity, and participation in community life. The study also discusses the challenges that may limit the educational and civic functions of sport, including excessive competitiveness, violence, and commercialization. Based on an analytical review of the literature, the paper argues that sport can serve as an effective tool for fostering responsible, active, and socially engaged citizens when integrated into comprehensive educational and social policies.
The most serious challenges facing the health sector and international law are the spread of epidemics that threaten all of humanity, especially in light of technological developments in communication and the speed of its spread, which has increased the challenges of international law in combating misinformation that spreads rapidly, which in turn causes panic among individuals and affects the state and society as a whole, leaving international law with a gap between the right to access information and communication and the right to global health security. This article aims to highlight the international legal framework for addressing the phenomenon of misinformation during pandemics and to analyse its impact on the right to communication and global health security. One of the most important conclusions reached is that striking a balance between freedom of communication and health security requirements requires the development of clearer and more effective international legal rules to combat misinformation
:Philosophy has been subjected to a campaign of trivialization due to its perceived
conflict with religion and scientific thinking, leading some to reject it as a waste of time, or to
view it as an exclusive domain for theoretical minds. Consequently, Dr. Boukhari defends the
value of philosophy, illustrating through a series of inquiries what philosophy can teach us
via wonder, questioning, dialogue, critique, and method. These skills serve as the impetus for
its necessity in our universities, enabling us to adopt informed stances on the problems
encountered in our lives. Furthermore, philosophy serves as an essential guide in an era
dominated by materialism, which has encroached upon human dignity and our cosmic
standing. Philosophy is, ultimately, the act of thinking—the path to happiness through the
power of reason and action.
The idea that a phenomenological sequence within German hermeneutic thought begins with Dilthey presupposes an acknowledgment of the central role played by hermeneutic issues in his thinking—at least during his later years. First articulated by Eduard Spranger before becoming the standard view, the thesis championed by the first generation of Dilthey’s students notably Misch and Bollnow distinguishes between an initial psychological period and a second, strictly hermeneutic one in the evolution of his thought. However, in light of recent work editing Dilthey’s manuscripts from the 1870s to the 1890s, it is precisely this thesis that has been called into question. Erwin Hufnagel, for instance, does not hesitate to describe the prevailing interpretation of Dilthey established by Misch and Bollnow as “far too superficial.” It is therefore necessary to revisit Dilthey’s project, given that the very meaning of his philosophy is at issue
Copyright (c)
