Technological localization in the era of communication globalization and the role of human sciences in criticizing the ideology of technology

Abstract
The cultural reality of the age of virtual worlds is the extent to which the electronic medium has swept various intellectual activities and human societal phenomena, such as education, communication, economics, culture, entertainment and other human practices that have found in this world a digital-like and hidden electronic counterpart. To what extent has the humanities preserved their traditional scientific forms and cultural research? What are the appropriate mechanisms for building critical intellectual and cultural awareness of the problems of technological change in automated social practices and interactions ? Can our university and school organizations be effective in building real intellectual and cultural models that keep pace with, and do not lag behind, the current technological availability?
