Résumé
أثرت جائحة كوفيد -19 كأزمة صحية وإنسانية عالمية على المجتمعات كافة، حيث مست جميع المستويات والمجالات، وتركت آثارا اقتصادية واجتماعية غير مسبوقة، لذا عملت الحكومات عن طريق الخبراء والسياسات العامة على احتواء جائحةCOVID-19التقليل من آثارها، وذلك بإتباع نهج عقلاني في تسيير الأزمة، ولعل من الطرق التي انتهجتها العديد من الدول هو التوجه نحو إستراتيجية الابتكار، حيث تعد الصحة الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي أحد أكثر التقنيات الجديدة شيوعا وظهورا بغية التصدي لوباءCOVID-19
