The Practicing Degree of the transformational leadership in Primary schools and its relationship to the Overall School Effectiveness from Teachers Point of View in the Mafraq Education Directorate

Abstract
This study aims to recognize the practicing degree of the transformational leadership in primary schools and its relationship to the overall school effectiveness from teachers’ point of view in the Mafraq education directorate. The study used the descriptive-correlational approach. The study data were collected via a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Includes two divisions. In the first one, the Practicing Degree of the transformational leadership in Primary schools was measured. While in the other division, the overall school effectiveness was measured. The study sample consisted of (360) male and female teachers in the primary schools in the Mafraq education directorate. The study result showed the practicing degree of the transformational leadership in primary schools in Mafraq directorate from the teachers’ point of view was high. The field of individual interest came in the first place, while the field of intellectual stimulation came in the last place. The result also indicated that the overall school effectiveness from teachers’ point of view in the Mafraq education directorate. The result also revealed the existence of a positive correlational relationship between the practicing degree of the transformational leadership in schools and the overall school effectiveness.
