Publication Ethics

1. Confidentiality and Objectivity: Silsilat Al-Anwar Journal adopts strict rules of confidentiality and objectivity in the peer-review process for both authors and reviewers. If reviewers hold differing views regarding an article, the manuscript will be assigned to a third reviewer.

2. The manuscript is sent to experts without disclosing the author's name or institutional affiliation.

3. The review period shall not exceed 30 days. In the event of a delay in a reviewer's report, the manuscript will be withdrawn from them and assigned to another reviewer.

4. The review must address the content and structure of the article, ensuring it is free from plagiarism and scientific misconduct.

5. The journal adheres to a strict and clear policy defining the duties and responsibilities of each member of the editorial board.

6. Neither the Editor-in-Chief nor any person directly involved in the editorial process (the editor or authorized delegate) may examine the manuscript with anyone else, including the author. Information or ideas obtained through reading must remain confidential and cannot be used for personal gain.

7. The journal is committed to notifying the researcher of the decision to accept the research for publication without modification, after minor revisions based on expert reports, or to decline publication while stating the reasons for rejection.

8. Respect for the Non-Discrimination Policy: Editors and reviewers evaluate research manuscripts solely based on their intellectual content, respecting the principle of non-discrimination based on race, gender, religious beliefs, political philosophy of the author, or any other form of discrimination. The primary criteria for evaluation remain adherence to academic writing standards, scientific reasoning, and the quality of analytical discussion and presentation.

9. Respect for the Conflict of Interest Policy among editors and researchers, whether arising from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any author, company, or institution connected to the research.

10. The journal notes that unpublished materials contained in submitted research may not be used by any of its members or editors in their own research.

11. The journal holds intellectual property rights regarding published articles in its scientific texts. They may not be republished partially or entirely, whether in Arabic or in another foreign language through translation, without explicit written permission from the Editor-in-Chief.

12. Silsilat Al-Anwar Journal is committed to free publication. Researchers and authors are exempt from all required publication fees.

13. The journal reserves the right to take legal action against any author accused of plagiarism.

14. The journal is dedicated to ensuring scientific originality; all submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous plagiarism screening using Detectia software prior to initiating the peer-review process.
