This study aimed to know the reality of children with special needs (deaf children), especially with the developments taking place in all aspects of life. They keep abreast of current social developments and what technology knows in this field.

 With this in mind, we will try to answer a central question, which is:

- How do social transformations affect children with special needs? What are the stakes adopted by special education in this field?
