Abstract

Arab women have always constituted half of society. After their roles were confined to the family, education, and administration, they were able to break into many political, economic, and even military fields. Several circumstances contributed to the growth of women's awareness, especially what happened and is happening on the Arab scene in terms of revolutions, coups, and changes, in addition to the tremendous development that the media has witnessed in light of the development of modern technologies. Add to that the spread of education and its availability on wide scales, which made it easier for women isolated from cities to benefit from it to varying degrees.
