Abstract

In this analysis, we will attempt to diagnose the reality of Arab political systems, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses. We will then examine the aspirations of young people for a state that guarantees and protects its citizens, and goes beyond that by attending to their daily needs and improving their living conditions. This includes providing the necessities for freedom and well-being, which in turn fosters a positive and productive response from citizens towards their state, through defending the homeland and its achievements and fulfilling their duties to the fullest extent. However, when we consider the realities of Arab society, we find a number of complexities and obstacles that have posed a significant challenge to the political system. These include, but are not limited to, the issues of religion and politics, women's rights, ethnic minorities, and the legacy of colonialism.
