Abstract

The city has often formed the field of civilized societies, and the arena of social, cultural, political, and economic change... through the transition from the rural lifestyle to the urbanized lifestyle from the eighteenth century to the present day, as it is a transition and orientation towards urbanization and urbanization within the framework of the city. However, the process of very rapid changes that current knowledge societies are experiencing due to scientific developments in communication technology and the digital revolution has made the world an open global village that includes, without exception or particularity, all cultures, identities, and ideologies in the face of challenges that undermine time and space. This forces us to reread and understand the centrality of the heterogeneous urban field (the city), as well as the classical orientation of the act of urbanization due to the reverse migration from the city to the countryside to escape the problems and crises of the city, not to mention the transfer of technology to the rural field, which has made it open out of an inevitable necessity to the other without limits or restrictions.
