Among the criteria that indicate urbanization are high population density, constant noise, continuous development in the use of various social media such as the internet, and other indicators. Young people are among the most influential and affected social groups in cities, across different social classes and cultures, with their diverse values ​​and dialects that individuals adopt during communication with others. Therefore, the problem of communication for this group with others is whether it is related to socialization or to what has been produced by information and communication technologies, especially those related to the internet? And what is the nature of the dialect used by young people in the Ouzidane area of ​​Tlemcen in light of urbanization?
