Abstract:This article is part of a fieldwork (monographic study). Our main objectif is to study the perceptions and représentations of workers in the industrial public entreprise ALFON located in Oran, and commonly known by the inhabitants of this city underthe name of its French owner ‘Decro’. We intend to know the representations of these workers about: work, the public industrial company, and its social environment inside and outside, and this to draw up the profile of this worker and his relationship to work
