Through this intervention, we are trying to address the scientific development in the field of medicine and biology that man has invented to preserve his health by researching fundamental issues such as procreation and the formation of organs in order to ensure a better healthy future and eliminate all diseases that seemed to threaten human existence. A revolution against human nature, which has become a field for scientific research experiments, which led to the emergence of moral problems and destabilized human values, and this led to the intervention of philosophy with its rational questions and its holistic view to address the critical situation represented by anxiety and fear, which has become the greatest obsession of modern man due to the repercussions of biotechnological development, and accordingly we say what Philosophy's position on the biotechnological revolution? What is the role of applied philosophy in addressing current issues? What are the pros and cons of the biotechnological revolution? Was applied philosophy able to address those gaps between scientific development and ethics?
