Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, as a global health and humanitarian crisis, has affected all societies, touching all levels and fields, and leaving unprecedented economic and social impacts. Governments have worked through experts and public policies to contain the COVID-19 pandemic and reduce its effects, following a rational approach to managing the crisis. One of the ways that many countries have adopted is to move towards an innovation strategy, where digital health and artificial intelligence are among the most common and emerging new technologies in order to address the COVID-19 pandemic
