Abstract

Education is considered one of the criteria for measuring the extent of the development of civilizations, and one of the basic pillars of development. This is through the relationship between the development of societies and education or culture, through which countries can move from a state of backwardness and stagnation to a state of progress and advancement. It is known that the process of education is a process directed primarily at the human element, in order to qualify and develop its capabilities and mobilize its energies and direct them towards serving society through the effectiveness of its responsibility in the major and comprehensive development process.
