Abstract

School integration of children with special needs in Algerian legislation


Disability is an inherent of a person who does not have the ability to perform his functions normally as the rest of the community. Parents and society must therefore take-care of the upbringing and education of people with disabilities, to this last, most legislation, whether national or international, has intervened with a view to achieve adequate protection for children with disabilities through their integration with other children. Education, educational integration creates a realistic environment in which children with disabilities are exposed to a variety of actions that will foster educational competition among all pupils and achieve social interaction for this group. By examining aspects of this topic, we will address the conceptual framework for school integration with a presentation of educational and training institutions for children with special needs.
