Abstract

There are considerable funds and benefits that are or can be generated for the benefit of those who make pilgrimages through the visits and donations that flow to the saint's shrine or the zawiya (Sufi lodge) during the pilgrimage in particular, and on other days in general, such that even if they decrease, they do not cease. The existence of these material benefits, at least for some, is a reason for the continuation of the pilgrimages for everyone.
