Abstract

This article aims to explore the relationship between the library and urban culture, leading to the following question: Does the sociology library at the University of Mascara contribute to establishing and disseminating urban culture? The first part of the article presents the methodological framework of the study, while the second part addresses the library's role in fostering urban culture. Finally, it outlines the manifestations and characteristics of urban culture.
