Abstract

The current state of developed countries has become aligned with the virtual market, which has altered the map and features of human civilization, changing behavioral patterns and practices within society. It has remarkably permeated the minds and experiences of our youth today, establishing its influence across various development sectors, including the tourism sector in Algerian society. This sector has become a cornerstone for achieving heritage tourism development, embodied in the cultural heritage represented by traditional dress (the Tlemcenian chedda being a prime example). This dress is a cultural asset and legacy that embodies the identity of the Tlemcen region in western Algeria, a region rich in numerous civilizations throughout history.
