Abstract

Philosophical research, from ancient times to the present, has ranged between restoring man’s place in the world and trying to preserve it. Man has become like the earth, occupying the place of nature, and the genetic code or genetic bag has become a fertile place for experiments of modification and addition. This is what we have witnessed recently in the acceleration of progress achieved by biomedical applications at their highest levels, which have begun to answer questions that were once impossible and have gone beyond that to action. This has made the central question for those working in the philosophical field based on: Have ethical studies been able to set limits for the problem of artificial insemination and surrogacy?
