Abstract
Thanks to the rapid technological progress witnessed in recent decades, the world has seen many technological developments that have replaced humans. Machines have begun to perform many tasks that humans do, and they now speak, communicate, and manage their affairs in a way that achieves integration through computer programs. This is what is called artificial intelligence, which is considered one of the most attractive topics of study recently, compared to technological and cognitive development. Since the latter may mimic human intelligence, it is worthy of attention due to the advanced facilitating services it provides to humans in most sectors. However, despite this, there are many concerns among researchers about the possibility of the role of artificial intelligence moving from being just an expert system that rivals human intelligence to advanced systems that are difficult to control, which constitutes control over humanity. This has prompted scientists and researchers to reconsider and scrutinize the details of this field and address the issue of the ethics of information programs and intelligent machines accompanying technological development.
