Abstract
Technology and its impact on the concept of citizenship
The end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st centurywitnessed a growing talk about universal values thatweremarketed to them in severalfields, the mostprominent of whichiswhatwe call cultural diversity, whichmakes the individualrecognize the other, whichcontributes to building civil tiesthattouch on several areas such as social and cultural, to embody the process of belonging to eachother, and from On the other hand, weseek the existence of a relationshipexistingbetween the individual and the state, strengthenedaccording to the rulesthroughwhich the rights of hisindividuality are preserved in order to form a good citizen.
Based on the individual’srelationshipwith the state, the termcitizenshipisformed for us, whichisconsidered one of the most important concepts related to human existence in general, and which calls for the need to createmechanisms to preserveit in particular. Whatistechnical and itspolitical dimensions, which leads to a radical change in the relationshipbetweenidentity, the citizen and the state.
