Abstract

Cultural communication is a pivotal subject in the process of interaction between people, stemming from a set of cultural manifestations that are considered the lifeblood of human existence in Algerian society, which is rich in a diverse cultural heritage that contributes to the cohesion and solidarity of all segments of society. Cultural communication is the pursuit of the possibility of consensus on common values, by adhering to the national cultural identity that contributes to preserving the unity of the Algerian nation in order to achieve cohesion and social harmony, and to reject all kinds of conflicts and disputes that lead to division among the segments of Algerian society. This will only be achieved through communication mechanisms based on dialogue, solidarity, recognition, and reason, in order to build a democratic society in which everyone is subject to the same laws and united by common values ​​with the aim of serving the public interest to achieve the means of coexistence in Algerian society.
