The journal At-tadwin returns to its faithful readers with a double issue (6/7) dedicated to the soul of the late professor of philosophy, Mr. Hammadi Hamid, may God have mercy on him. He was taken by fate from among his students and readers, where everyone listened to the voice of arts, aesthetics, and various philosophical approaches enriched with the spirit of contemplation and critique. Indeed, the Algerian intellectual and philosophical scene has lost an irreplaceable figure and the bearer of an enlightening project, which we hope will be revived through the pages of Altadween journal in this double issue and in its subsequent editions. Therefore, the editorial board decided to name Professor Hammadi Hamid as the honorary director of the journal, hoping it will serve in the future as a platform carrying on the late professor's project.
As we have accustomed you in our previous issues, this double issue features a collection of studies in both Arabic and French, dedicated to the theme of art and aesthetic practices.
Additionally, it includes a collection of articles under the section "Fields of Research," which encompass various intellectual, social, and humanistic approaches.
We conclude the dossier of these two issues with an interview on the city and philosophy with the philosopher Thierry Paquot.
