Abstract
ABSTRACT: The research examines the ethical and professional aspects of translation work, particularly with regard to the official translator, and the problematic cases in which it interferes with the profession. Based on a descriptive analysis of the difficulties they face, they create opportunities in the professional field that makes the translator especially work within recognized values and principles.
الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة المظاهر الأخلاقية والمهنية للعمل الترجمي، وبالأخص فيما يتعلق بمهنة المترجم الترجمان الرسمي، والاشكاليات المتعلقة بالحالات التطبيقية التي تتدخل فيها الجوانب الاخلاقية للمهنة. انطلاقا من التحليل الوصفي للصعوبات التي يواجهها المترجم في مجال الترجمة، وبالتركيز على مدى استيعاب القيم الأخلاقية من بين المهنيين في المجتمع، نركز على المبادئ الخاصة بعلم الأخلاق وأهميته ودوره في تنمية العمل في المجتمع، والدي يخلق فرصا في المجال المهني تجعل المترجم خاصة يشتغل ضمن قيم ومبادئ متعارف عليها
